The Town of Paradise is in the final stage of completing a new, up-to-date Municipal Plan for the Town, including new Development Regulations.
After much consultation with residents and stakeholders in the community, the Town drafted a new Municipal Plan that moves beyond land use management and into a more proactive and progressive approach to community development. The Draft Plan was released in May 2016 for public review and comment. Based on that feedback, the Plan was revised, and an updated copy is now available for review.
As part the Municipal Plan Review, the Town is also preparing new Development Regulations. These regulations reflect the updated policies of the proposed Plan and contain general regulations, development standards, off street parking regulations and more.
Any comments pertaining to the Draft Municipal Plan and Draft Development Regulations are to be submitted by Friday, February 24, 2017. You can submit written comments on the draft plan to:
